Goizueta Business School will be regarded as a thought leader, creating and disseminating knowledge at the cutting edge of management practice and developing principled leaders for global enterprise who drive performance and value creation.
In the current increasingly global business environment, people and their ability to reason, innovate and lead are an organization’s only real sustainable value. Leaders must also possess a strong sense of ethics as well as an awareness of how to approach business challenges across continents and cultures

At Goizueta, their unique approach to leadership development combines the study of business with the study of self. Their curriculum is designed to help students build those capabilities, and the size of their intimate community promotes an environment with opportunities to exercise leadership on a daily basis.

Students and faculty who have lived and worked all over the world come into their classrooms to share their experiences. Their faculty weaves global business practices into all coursework, adding a global perspective to each and every class. At Goizueta, we aim to develop principled leaders for global enterprise.
